Wayne Cheramie Sr.

Wayne Cheramie Sr., 55, a native of Golden Meadow and resident of Cut Off, died 
at 11:18 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 19, 2004.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to funeral time Wednesday at Our Lady of Prompt 
Succor Catholic Church in Golden Meadow. Mass will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at 
the church, with burial in Cheramie Cemetery.

He is survived by his wife, Rhonda C. Cheramie; one son, Wayne Cheramie Jr.; 
three daughters, Rayda C. Chamberlain, Leah A. Plaisance and Mindy T. Plaisance; 
two brothers, Jessie and Timmy Cheramie; three sisters, Dolly K. Badeaux, Susan 
K. LeBlanc and Rhonda K. Dufrene; and four grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Bienvenve Cheramie and Tommy and Doris 
Kiff.

He was a fisherman and boat captain.
