Aline Theriot						[Photo]

Aline Marie Neil Theriot, 85, a na-tive of Chauvin and resident of Houma, died 
at 1:55 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 27, 2005.

Visitation will be from 5 to 10 p.m. today and from 9 a.m. to funeral time 
Monday at Chauvin Funeral Home. Mass will be at 11 a.m. Monday at St. Joseph 
Catholic Church, with burial in the church cemetery.

She is survived by two sons, Danny Theriot of Bourg and Kenneth Theriot of 
Mississippi; three daughters, Ruth Lafont and husband, Kerin, of Chauvin, Elaine 
Whipple of Bourg, and Julie Toups and husband, Russell Sr., of Houma; two 
brothers, Druis Neil and Druby Neil of Chauvin; three sisters, Eula Hebert of 
Houma, Walterine Fanguy and Eunice Pellegrin of Chauvin; 25 grandchildren; and 
20 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Van Joseph Theriot; her parents, 
Willie Neil and Adline Picou Neil; one daughter, Adeline LeBouef; one son-in-
law, Lynn Whipple; six brothers, Edward, Albert, Nollie, Clarence, Laurance and 
Wilbert Neil; and two sisters, Egnolia Authement and Aloraine Naquin.

She was a homemaker and a pa-rishioner of St. Joseph Catholic Church.
