Burton Sargent

Burton W. Sargent, 82, a native of Craig, Colo., and resident of Sheridan, Wyo., 
died Saturday, Jan. 8, 2005.

Memorial service will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Kane Funeral Home in Sheridan, 
with burial in Arvanda Cemetery at a later date.

He is survived by one son, Burton William "Bill" Sargent and wife, Tammy, of 
Everett, Wash.; three daughters, Nancy Kosine and husband, Robert, of Sheridan, 
Bonnie Ruth Sargent of Casper, Wyo., and Elizabeth Gail Savoy and husband, 
Richard, of Houma; one sister, Ruth Imogene Nelson of Florence, Ore.; four 
grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Forrest E. and Nellie J. Gatliff 
Sargent; his wife, Brooxie; and two sisters, Bonita Larke and Verna Sargent.

He was a U.S. Army and Air Force veteran.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Sheridan County 
Memorial Hospital Emergency Room Renovation Fund, c/o Brenda Torrens or Nicole
