Carroll Bourgeois

Carroll "Ping" Joseph Bourgeois, 74, a native of Raceland and resident of 
Thibodaux, died at 6:15 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 5, 2005.

Visitation will be from 8 a.m. to funeral time Saturday at St. Joseph Co-
Cathedral. Mass will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the church.

He is survived by his wife, Betty Benoit Bourgeois; one son, Bartley Paul 
Bourgeois; two daughters, Carol Ann B. Guidry and Beth B. Pace; one brother, 
Lloyd Bourgeois; one sister, Linda B. Zeringue; six grandchildren; and one 
great-grandchild.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Lucien and Lorraine Guidry Bourgeois.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Joseph Hospice or a 
charity of your choice.
