Visitation will be from 3 to 8 p.m. Friday at Community Funeral Home and from 9 a.m. to funeral time Saturday at Beulah Baptist Church in Gibson. Religious service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the church, with burial in the church cemetery. He is survived by his mother, Elnora R. Johnson of Gibson; five sisters, Ora Mae S. Poindexter and husband, Donald, of Houma, Mattie London and husband, Calvin, of New Iberia, Bobby J. Robinson, Geneva J. Diggs and husband, Charles Sr., of Gray, and Aline Johnson of Gibson; and four brothers, Aaron Watson Sr. of Chauvin, Karo Johnson of Gibson, the Rev. Robert L. Johnson and wife, Barbara, of Franklin, and Earl Tyrone Hasley Sr. and wife, Glenda, of Morgan City. He was preceded in death by his father, Oreal Johnson; his grandparents, Earl and Geneva Robinson and Preston and Laurel Johnson; two brothers, Ernest Johnson and Mack Johnson; and two sisters, Gertrude Doll and Octavia Silas. He served as a deacon of the church and was a member of Beulah Baptist Church.
