Derrick Plaisance

Derrick J. Plaisance, 23, a native and resident of Galliano, died Wednesday, 
Jan. 5, 2005.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to funeral time Saturday at Samart Funeral Home 
in Cut Off. Mass will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Joseph Catholic Church, with 
burial in the church cemetery.

He is survived by his parents, Lawrence Plaisance and Julie Fischer; one 
brother, Lawrence Plaisance Jr.; and his grandparents, Warren Fischer and 
Delphine Hebert.

He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Shirley Fischer; and one brother, 
Brandon Eymard.
