Dudley Dardar Sr.

Dudley Adam Dardar Sr., 73, a native of Golden Meadow and resident of Galliano, 
died at 3 p.m. Monday, Jan. 17, 2005.

Visitation will be from 8 to 10 p.m. today at Samart Funeral Home in Cut Off and 
from 9 a.m. to funeral time Thursday at Christian Family Center in Galliano. 
Religious services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the church, with burial in 
Cheramie Cemetery.

He is survived by two sons, Dudley Dardar Jr. and Joseph Dardar; six daughters, 
Beverly Adams, Audrey Thompson, Liz Kidd, Diane Dardar, Esther Matherne and 
Misty Moore; 14 grandchildren; and seven grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Bourgeois Dardar; his parents, 
Alexis and Odesie Mobley Dardar; his stepparents, George and Rosalie Kiger; one 
daughter, Rosemary Dardar; one sister, Priscilla Trahan; one grandchild, Zachary 
Adams; and one great-grandchild, Ray Graves.
