Guy Riggio						[Photo]

Guy T. Riggio, 89, a native of New Orleans and resident of Bourg, died of 
pneumonia Thursday, Jan. 20, 2005.

Visitation will be from 5 to 10 p.m. today and from 8 to 10:30 a.m. Monday at 
Montegut Fire Station. Mass will be at 11 a.m. Monday at St. Ann Catholic 
Church, with burial in the church cemetery.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Una Palmer Riggio; two sons, Charles Guy 
Riggio and Gasper Riggio Sr., four daughters, Fannie Rose Wright, Barbara R. 
LeBoeuf, Gladys Riggio Cain and Kathleen Grace Riggio; one brother, Vincent 
Riggio; one sister, Rosemary Duckwork; devoted nephew, Junior Wilcox; numerous 
nieces and nephews; 20 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ignatious and Stefania Defurit Riggio; 
one grandson, Heath Benjamin Cain; one great-grandson, Donovan Domangue; one 
great-great-grandson, Gabriel Guidry; two brothers, Gasper Riggio and Salvadore 
Riggio; and four sisters, Mamie Parfait, Christine Allison, Barbara Wilcox and 
Mary Parfait.

Samart Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
