Jake Clement						[Photo]

Jake Wesley Clement, 17, a native and resident of Thibodaux, died Friday, Jan. 
28, 2005.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to funeral time Tuesday at the House of Prayer 
United Pentecostal Church in Thibodaux. Religious service will be at 1 p.m. 
Tuesday at the church, with burial in St. Joseph Cemetery.

He is survived by his parents, Glenn P. Clement and Cheryl Hebert Clement; one 
brother, Dylan J. Clement; one sister, Misti L. Clement; his grandparents, 
Charles Ray Hebert, Grace Greco Hebert and Shirley Hymel Clement; and numerous 
aunts, uncles and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Richard J. Clement.

He loved people and the outdoors.

Thibodaux Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
