Joseph A. Curole Jr., 86, a native of Lockport and resident of Jackson, La., 
died Sunday, Dec. 19, 2004.

Memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Memorial United Methodist Church 
in Mathews.

He is survived by two sons, Jerry Curole and wife, Karen, and Kenneth Curole and 
wife, Sheila; one daughter, Nellie Orgeron and husband, Richard; one sister, 
Jean Breaux; 13 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Adia P. Curole; his parents, Joseph Curole 
Sr. and Ella Chauvin Curole; one son, Gary Curole; two brothers, Sylvester 
Curole Sr. and Bennie Curole; and two sisters, Neita Vedros and Ida Tastet.

He was a U.S. Marine Corp veteran.
