Visitation will be from 5 to 10 p.m. today and from 8 a.m. to funeral time Monday at Chauvin Funeral Home. Mass will be at 10 a.m. Monday at the funeral home chapel, with burial at Terrebonne Memorial Park Cemetery. He is survived by his former wife, Burna Hebert of Houma; two sons, Jan Joseph Hebert and wife, Jennifer, and Kenith Bruce Hebert Sr. and former wife, Tammy, of Houma; one daughter, Christine Ann Hebert of Houma; one brother, Roland Hebert of Lafayette; two sisters, Rita Marcel and Delores Crochet of Houma; nine grandchildren, Brandy, Ben, Brady and Koty Hebert, Mandy Olivier, Kenith Hebert Jr., Leonard Labit, Thomas Barbo and Travis Harper; and six great-grandchildren, Cullen and Gabrielle Hebert, Laura Traylor, Devin Olivier, Kolbi Lirette and Bryan Guidry. He was preceded in death by his parents, Albert Joseph Hebert and Lena Marcel Hebert; one son, Ralph Eugene Hebert; and one grandson, Joshua Barbo. He was a retired barge captain of 40 years with J. Ray McDermott and a U.S. Air Force veteran during the Korean War. He was a parishioner of Maria Immacolata Catholic Church. Chauvin Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
