Lorida Serigny

Lorida Pitre Serigny, 77, a native and resident of Galliano, died Sunday, Jan. 
23, 2005.

Funeral services were scheduled for 11 a.m. today at Our Lady of Prompt Succor 
Catholic Church in Golden Meadow, with burial in Cheramie Cemetery.

She is survived by one son, Garrett Serigny; one daughter, Rhonda Lynn Darville 
and husband, Lee; one daughter-in-law, Cindy Serigny; two brothers, Dumas and 
Easton Pitre; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Magloris Serigny; her companion, 
Adolph Bourgeois; her parents, Dumas and Helise Plaisance Pitre; one son, 
Bradley Serigny; one daughter, Pamela Serigny; one brother, Edward Pitre; and 
two sisters, Lorita Falgout and Josephine Guidry.

She was Catholic.
