Services will be at 12:30 p.m. Friday at Bonney-Watson Washington Memorial Funeral Home in Sea Tac, Wash. He is survived by his wife, Georgina Busch Wicklund of Seattle; two sons, Ray Wicklund of Houma and Bill Wicklund and wife, Jennifer, of Browns Point, Wash.; two daughters, Billie Jo Dehod and husband, Tom, of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, and Sharon Troseth and husband, Ken, of Sumner, Wash.; and 11 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lawrence and Ruby Wicklund; and one brother, Gary Wicklund. He grew up in Burien, Wash., and graduated with the class of "56" from Highline High School. He was a lifelong member of Local 32, Plumbers and Pipe fitters Union where as a mechanical contractor and superintendent he ran jobs up and down the West Coast from the Bering Sea to southern California. He retired from the Union in 1997 but not before making many great friends along the way. He made many visits to the bayou area and has enjoyed many past Mardi Gras celebrations. He was known for his generous and positive attitudes, as well as his stubbornness, you could always count on Bob to speak his mind. We will miss him dearly, but he will be in our hearts and minds forever. Bonney-Watson Washington Memorial Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
