Therese Danos

Therese Callais Danos, 94, a native and resident of Golden Meadow, died at 1:30 
a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 4, 2005.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to funeral time Friday at Our Lady of Prompt 
Succor Catholic Church in Golden Meadow. Mass will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the 
church, with burial in Cheramie Cemetery.

She is survived by two daughters, Helen D. Terrebonne and Elenora D. Rebstock; 
one daughter-in-law, Nancy T. Danos; two sisters, Elma C. Bourgeois and Julia C. 
Toups; 10 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-
grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Adrien Danos; her parents, Placide and 
Alice Eymard Callais; one son, Gillis Danos Sr.; two sons-in-law, Henry D. 
Terrebonne and Darwin J. Rebstock; three brothers, Nelson, Cleo and Gillis 
Callais; and five sisters, Sara C. Esponge, Justalia C. Charpentier, Ourelia C. 
Danos, Inez C. Adams and Ena Callais.

She was a member of Our Lady of Lasalette Altar Society in Golden Meadow and a 
parishioner of Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church.
