Ambrose Dufrene

Ambrose Sambo Dufrene, 94, a native of Valentine and resident of Lockport, died 
at 3:55 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 17, 2005.

Visitation will be from 6 to 9 p.m. Sunday and from 8 a.m. to funeral time 
Monday at Falgout Funeral Home in Lockport. Mass will be at 10 a.m. Monday at 
Holy Savior Catholic Church, with burial in the church cemetery.

He is survived by four brothers, Earl Sr., Gaston, Paul and Gilbert Dufrene; one 
sister, Virgie Hebert; and many nieces, nephews and great and great-great-nieces 
and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Orstille and Justilia Dufrene; four 
brothers, Walter, Fernand, George and Lucien Dufrene; and two sisters, Isabelle 
Price and Margaret Dufrene.

He was a parishioner of Holy Savior Catholic Church.
