Visitation will be from 6 to 10 p.m. Monday at Hargrave Funeral Home. Religious service will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, with burial in Berwick Cemetery. The East St. Mary Funeral Squad will conduct full Military Graveside Honors. He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Sandra Cloutier Blanco of Bayou Vista; two daughters, Theresa Vick of Warner Robins and husband, Brian, and Charlene Lilly of Baton Rouge and husband, Wade; one brother, Adam Blanco Jr.; and three grandchildren, Katie Vick, Jacob Vick and Nathan Lilly. He was preceded in death by his parents, Adam Blanco Sr. and Ardice Ogeron Blanco of Berwick. He served with Company B of the 256th Army National Guard. He retired from the Morgan City Lab and X-Ray where he worked for 30 years. He loved to play golf, fish, travel and play with his grandchildren. He was a 1963 graduate of Louisiana State University. Hargrave Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
