Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to funeral time today at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Larose. Mass will be at 3 p.m. today at the church, with burial in the church cemetery. He is survived by his wife, Patsy Leonard Curole; one son, Glen Curole and wife, Deepika Curole; one daughter, Anita Picciola; two brothers, Milton and David Curole; one sister, Vivian Bentz; and one granddaughter, Alethia Picciola. He was preceded in death by his parents, Dewey and Clothilde Danos Curole; one brother, Jason Curole; and one sister, Ethel Schriffer. He was a retired tug boat captain and a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War. He was a member of the V.F.W. Post No. 8538 and a parishioner of Holy Rosary Catholic Church. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Holy Rosary Catholic Church are preferred. Samart Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
