Elizabeth Williams					[Photo]

Elizabeth J. Williams, 85, a native of Houma and resident of Terrebonne Parish, 
died at 1 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 17, 2005.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to funeral time Saturday at New Jerusalem Baptist 
Church. Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the church, with burial 
in Woodlawn Cemetery.

She is survived by one sister, Jennie J. Dickerson; three grandchildren; and six 
great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Abner Williams; one son, Charles 
Riley; three brothers, Philmore Jackson, Southern Jackson Jr. and John Jackson; 
and four sisters, Lettie J. Williams, Cora J. Butler, Betty J. James and Viola 
J. Harris.

She was a homemaker and was a member of foster grandparents club.
