Felix Belanger Sr.

Felix Joseph Belanger Sr., 88, a native and resident of Bourg, died at 7:25 p.m. 
Friday, Feb. 25, 2005. Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Monday at 
Chauvin Funeral Home and 9 a.m. until funeral time Tuesday at St. Ann Catholic 
Church.

Mass will begin at 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Ann Catholic Church with burial in the 
church cemetery.

He is survived by one brother, Norman Belanger of Houma; six grandchildren; 14 
great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Helen Picou Belanger; his parents, Wallace 
Belanger and Alva Bourgeois Belanger; one son, Felix J. Belanger Jr.; one 
daughter, JoAnn Belanger Pellegrin; one brother, Adam Belanger; and six sisters, 
Teresa Jeffery, Elsie Marcel, Earline Savoie, Bernice Dupre, Jeanette Ledet and 
Ethel Cadiere.

He was a retired dragline operator for the Terrebonne Parish Police Jury and a 
parishioner of St. Ann Catholic Church.
