Jeffery Terrebonne

Jeffery "Jay" Terrebonne, 72, a native of Golden Meadow and resident of 
Paragould, Ark., died at 4 p.m. Monday, Feb. 7, 2005.

Visitation will be from 6 to 10 p.m. today and from 8 a.m. to funeral time 
Friday at Christian Fellowship Church in Larose. Religious service will be at 10 
a.m. Friday at the church, with burial in Cheramie Cemetery.

He is survived by his wife, Ruth Terrebonne; two sons, Jeffery Terrebonne Jr. 
and Samuel Terrebonne; one stepson, Kevin Woodson; three daughters, Rosalie 
Alexander, Lola Griffin and Ida Mae Lovely; one stepdaughter, Donna Davis; two 
brothers, Tillman and Alphonse Terrebonne; 14 grandchildren; 10 great-
grandchildren; four step-grandchildren; and one step-great-grandchild.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Jefferson Terrebonne and Eva Martin 
Terrebonne; and two sisters, Thelma Griffin and Nelma Cheramie.

He was retired after 20 years on the Board of Directors of Christian Fellowship 
Church in Larose as Secretary/Treasurer of the church.

He was a retired boat captain and retired small business owner of Jay's Signs in 
Larose.
