Visitation will be 4 to 8 p.m. today, Monday and Tuesday at the Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home in Ocean Springs, Miss. Funeral services will be at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday in the funeral home chapel, with burial in Biloxi National Cemetery with full military honors. He is survived by his wife, Kim N. Carnley of Houma; two daughters, Lisa and Ngan Carnley; one son, Christopher Sean Carnley; four sisters, Mary Ruth Carnley, Elaine Carnley, Becky Armata and Sylvia McClunney; and two brothers, John Dickie Carnley and Jimmie Dean Carnley. He was preceded in death by his parents, Irie E. and Juaice Tanner Carnley; and one brother, Robert "Bob" Carnley. He was a retired U.S. Army Veteran of Vietnam, Desert Storm and the invasion of Panama. He was employed with Petroleum Helicopters Inc. as a pilot and an area manager. He was a Baptist.
