Visitation will be from 3 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Montegut Fire Station and from 9 a.m. to funeral time Monday at St. Eloi Catholic Church. Mass will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the church, with burial in the church cemetery. He is survived by his wife, Frances Levron Malbrough; one son, Melvin and wife, Lou Williams Malbrough; one daughter-in-law, Marion LeBlanc Malbrough; three daughters and sons-in-law, Mary Jane and Gerald Schouest, Yvonne and Mark Portier, and Malvina and Walton "Jr." Guidry; three sisters, Cecile M. Dupre, Virginia M. Pitre and Nolia M. Pinell; 15 grandchildren; and 20 great- grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Frances LeBoeuf Malbrough; one son, John L. Malbrough; three brothers, Didier, Elgin and Eugene Malbrough; and one sister, Clonise M. Naquin. In lieu of flowers, Masses are preferred. Landry's Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
