Norris Pertuit Sr.					[Photo]

Norris J. "Black" Pertuit Sr., 74, a native and resident of Raceland, died at 
8:35 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 2, 2005.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to funeral time Saturday at St. Charles Borremeo 
Catholic Church. Mass will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the church, with burial in 
St. Mary's Nativity Catholic Cemetery.

He is survived by his wife, Delsie Theriot Pertuit; one son, Norris A. "Black" 
Pertuit Jr. of Raceland; one daughter, Pattie P. Landry of Thibodaux; one 
brother, Dudley Pertuit of Bayou Blue; three sisters, Lucy Foret of Lockport, 
Janet Robichaux of Cocodrie and Helen Martin of Houma; three grandchildren; and 
two great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Buddy Pertuit and Cecile Danos Pertuit; 
and one sister, Mabel Matherne.

He was an employee of Low Land Construction Inc. for 33 years.
