The date preceding the obituary is the date of posting on the WWW, not the date of death. ============================= February 04. 2005 11:55PM (NOTE: Listed as 5 Feb 2005 on WWW) William Ledet Jr. William Joseph Ledet Jr., 80, a native of Larose and resident of Raceland, died at 3:30 a.m. Friday, Feb. 4, 2005. Memorial Mass will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church in Larose, with burial in the church cemetery. He is survived by his wife, Mudite Ledet; one sister, Delores Lafont of Larose; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Willie Ledet and Camillia Ledet; and one brother, Herman Ledet. He was retired from Odgen Allied Services in Houma and was a World War II veteran. He was a member of the V.F.W. Post No. 518 in Larose and a parishioner of St. Hilary of Poitiers Catholic Church. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church.
