The date preceding the obituary is the date of posting on the WWW, not the date of death. ============================= March 11. 2005 12:00AM Beulah Turner [Photo] Beulah Mae Francis Turner, 81, a native of Terrebonne Parish and resident of Houma, died at 9:25 a.m. Sunday, March 6, 2005. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to funeral time Saturday at Residence Baptist Church. Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the church, with burial in Union Benevolent Cemetery. She is survived by two sons, Daniel Turner and Tyrone Turner Sr.; five daughters, Dorothy Turner, Theresa Turner, Julia Turner, Mary T. Sims and Lana Turner; 27 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, the Rev. Thomas "Bill" Turner; her parents, Joseph Francis and Julia Payne Francis; two sons, James Richard Turner and Joseph Turner; one brother, Clarence Davis; and one sister, Leona Francis. She was a homemaker and a member of Stewards and Home Mission, Union Benevolent Society and Golden Social Aid Society. She was a member of Residence Baptist Church.
