Visitation will be from noon to funeral time Saturday at St. Paul Baptist Church in Napoleonville. Religious service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the church, with burial in the church cemetery. He is survived by his wife, Ledora Daggs of Napoleonville; four sons, Harry Daggs of Las Vegas, Charles Daggs Jr. of Houma, Eric Daggs of Napoleonville and Alvin Parker of Houston; six daughters, Betty Henderson, Phyllis Walker and Theresa Adams of Napoleonville, Janel Smith of Baton Rouge and Brenda Daggs and Debbie Daggs of Las Vegas; six sisters, Ophelia Hubbard of Florida, Florida Nicholas of Alexander, Rose Mary Dixon, Dorothy Gustave, Viola Myles and Wunita Simoneaux of Napoleonville; 30 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Lillie Daggs; his parents, Eugene and Elizabeth Woods Daggs; two brothers, Joseph Daggs Sr. and Andrew Daggs Sr.; and one sister, Mildred Daggs. He was a member of St. Paul Baptist Church.
