James Bertinot Sr.					[Photo]

James Bertinot Sr., 67, a native of Sunset and resident of Houma, died at 6:15 
p.m. Tuesday, March 15, 2005.

A memorial service will be from 9 to 10 a.m. Saturday at Annunziata Catholic 
Church.

He is survived by his wife, Geraldine Castille Bertinot; his mother, Lucille 
Lanclos Bertinot; four sons, James Jr., Webster, Honorie and Merlin Bertinot; 
three daughters, Connie B. Foret, Mary Lou B. Rowley and Beverly Bertinot; four 
brothers, Jessie, Berchman "Butch," Eby and Nelson Bertinot; three sisters, 
Janelle Martin, Drucilla Landry and Emily Eschete; 22 grandchildren; and six 
great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his father, A.B. Bertinot; one brother, Robert 
Bertinot; and one granddaughter.

He was retired from Tetra Oil and Gas and was employed by Sugarland Country 
Club.
