The date preceding the obituary is the date of posting on the WWW, not the date of death. ============================= March 06. 2005 12:03AM Jerry Kirkpatrick [Photo] Jerry Kirkpatrick, 90, a native of Crockett, Texas, and resident of Houma, died at 7:38 a.m. Friday, March 4, 2005. Visitation will be from 6 to 9 p.m. today and from 8 a.m. to funeral time Monday at Chauvin Funeral Home. Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at the funeral home chapel, with burial in Grace Christian Memorial Garden Cemetery. He is survived by two sons, Keith Kirkpatrick and wife, Ronda, of Corpus Christi, Texas, and Larry Kirkpatrick of Houma; one daughter, Cynthia Spence and husband, Carey, of Houma; one sister, Allie Boddie of Livingston, Texas; seven grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. He was preceded in death by his wife, Bernice Beeson Kirkpatrick; his parents, Samuel A. Kirkpatrick Sr. and Bessie Erwin Kirkpatrick; and four brothers Johnny, Pete, Bob and Samuel A. Kirkpatrick Jr. He was a retired fishing tool supervisor with Homco and a U.S. Air Force Veteran of World War II. He was a parishioner of Church of Christ.
