Ludwig Orgeron

Ludwig "Duvic" Orgeron, 96, a native of Leeville and resident of Golden Meadow, 
died at 10:45 a.m. Monday, March 14, 2005.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to funeral time Thursday at Falgout Funeral Home 
in Galliano. Mass will be at 3 p.m. Thursday at Our Lady of Prompt Succor 
Catholic Church in Golden Meadow, with interment in the church mausoleum.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Adeline Grabert Orgeron; his parents, Adam 
and Marcess Cheramie Orgeron; six brothers, Leonce, Leo, Alvin, Weber, Alex and 
George Orgeron; and one sister, Georgette Reed.

He was a member of the American Legion and was a U.S. Army veteran of World War 
II.
