Richard Bergeron Jr.				[Photo]

Richard "Ricky" Bergeron Jr., 30, a native of Marrero and resident of Des 
Allemands, died at 1:03 a.m. Wednesday, March 16, 2005, of a gun shot wound.

Visitation will be from 8 to 10 p.m. Sunday and from 8 a.m. to funeral time 
Monday at St. Gertrude Catholic Church in Des Allemands. Mass will be at 11 a.m. 
Monday at the church.

He is survived by his parents, Richard "Dickie" Sr. and Susan Bladsacker 
Bergeron; one son, Benjamin Lee Joseph Bergeron; his grandmother, Isabelle 
Cavalier Lunk; one sister, Julie Bergeron Hartman; his godparents, Paul 
Bergeron, Barbara Nicols Friscia and Nancy Hebert; his godchild, Autumn Breeze 
Hartman; his aunts and uncles, Nancy and Alvin "Ko" Hebert, Beverly and Fred 
Stolsek, Phyllis and Rick McCracken, Patricia Bergeron Holland and Paul 
Bergeron; and numerous cousins and many many friends.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Arthur Bergeron, Joseph Lunk, 
Leonce Bladsacker and Mary Arnold Bladsacker; and one uncle, Robert "Bobby" 
Bergeron Sr.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to family to be distributed to the 
charitable organizations of their choice.

Samart Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
