Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to funeral time Saturday at Greater New Fountain Baptist Church in Lockport. Religious service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the church, with burial in Rest Lawn Cemetery in Avondale. She is survived by her husband, the Rev. Timothy Boyd Jr. of Marrero; one daughter, Tallesha B. Sanders and husband, Simeon, of Marrero; one brother, Arthur George Jr. of Florida; two sisters, Haire Clark of Houston and Karen C. Hunter of Harvey; and one grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents, Shirley Mae Brown and Wilbert Lawrence; and one sister, Debbie Ann Gasper. She was a member of Greater New Fountain Baptist Church and NORD.
