Visitation will be 4 until 10 p.m. today and 8 a.m. to funeral time Saturday at the Knights of Columbus Hall in Chauvin. Mass will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at St. Joseph Catholic Church with interment in St. Joseph Cemetery. She is survived by two sons, Gerald Joseph Duplantis and his wife, Judith, and Duffy James Duplantis Sr. and wife, Doris, of Chauvin; one daughter, Billie Ann Matherne and husband, Terry, of Chauvin; 11 grandchildren; 14 great- grandchildren; and 5 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Duffy Joseph Duplantis; parents, Fred Theriot and Lucille Fangue Theriot; one grandson, Logan Paul Naquin; three brothers, Eustus, Albert and Elby Theriot; and one sister, Lucille White. She was a homemaker and a parishioner of St. Joseph. She was involved with St. Joseph Ladies Altar Society and the Council of Aging in Chauvin.
