Bobby Vance						[Photo]

Bobby "Slim" Vance, 66, a native of Mecklenburg, N.C., and resident of Houma, 
died at 7:05 a.m. Saturday, April 2, 2005.

Visitation will be 8 to 10 a.m. Saturday at Community Funeral Home.

A memorial service will be at 10 a.m. at the funeral home with burial at 
Southdown Cemetery.

He is survived by his companion, Faye Williams; and two sons, Dontrell Williams 
and Rontrell Williams.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Rose Lee Hayes; parents, Gertrude Woods 
Vance and Ulis C. Vance; and one brother, Charlie Vance.

He was a Houma-Terrebonne Airport commissioner for 37 years.
