Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to funeral time Saturday at First Baptist Church in Schriever. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the church, with burial in the church cemetery. He is survived by three sons, Warren Williams of Schriever, Arthur Williams of Houma and Rodney Williams and wife, Jeannie, of Gibson; six daughters, Loretta Matthews and husband, Wilburt, of Schriever, Brenda Williams and husband, Ernest Allen, of Houma, Sandra Williams of New Orleans, Janice Winslow of Houma, Juanita Amos and husband, Donnell, of Florida, and Una Winslow of Schriever; six brothers, Nelson Williams and Earl Small, both of Houma, Johnny Williams, Cleveland Williams, Robert Sanders and William Celestin, all of New Orleans; and three sisters, Delores James and Elizabeth Scott, both of New Orleans and Earline Outley. He was preceded in death by his wife, Helen Williams; his parents, Celestin Williams Sr. and Bernice Celestin Franklin; one son, Bernard Williams; one brother, Charles Eskano; and two sisters, Carrie M. Moore and Una Johnson.
