Joseph Sanchez

Joseph Lucien "Uncle Ty" "Snappy" Sanchez, 87, a native of Lafourche Parish and 
resident of Thibodaux, died Monday, April 11, 2005.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to funeral time Friday at Thibodaux Funeral Home. 
Religious service will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.

He is survived by his wife, Felicia Thibodaux Sanchez; one son, Cris Sanchez; 
one daughter, Diana Richard; one sister, Emily S. Ordoyne; one grandchild; and 
one great-grandchild.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Louisa Pitre Sanchez; two 
sons, Horace and Calvin Sanchez; five brothers, Mars, Anthony, Salvador, Ulyssie 
and Thomas Sanchez; and six sisters, Elodie S. Tabor, Lucille S. Thibodaux, 
Ulyssia S. Perez, Emma Ponville, Earetine Hebert and Julia S. Hebert.
