Carline, 68, a native of Plaquemine and resident of Houma, died at 4:09 p.m. Wednesday, April 20, 2005. Visitation will be from 6 to 10 p.m. Friday and from 9 a.m. to funeral time Saturday at Chauvin Funeral Home. Religious service will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home chapel, with burial in Terrebonne Memorial Park Cemetery. He is survived by his fiancee', Tammy Lirette of Houma; one brother, Edward J. "E.J." Carline of Plaquemine; and two sisters, Babs Lee Pertuit of Raceland and Hyacinth " Hy" Pierron of Houma. He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward J. Carline and Carrie Belle Perkins Carline; and one brother, Walter J. Carline. He was a butcher, the past custodian for the Knights of Columbus Council No. 1307 Building and was a U.S. Navy veteran.
