Melinda Pitre						[Photo]

Melinda Naquin Pitre, 44, a native and resident of Houma died 10:08 p.m. Monday, 
April 4, 2005.

Visitation will be from 8 to funeral time Monday at Chauvin Funeral Home. There 
will be a graveside memorial service at St. Charles Cemetery at 10 a.m. Monday.

She is survived by her husband, Mickey Joseph Pitre; two daughters, Angie Brunet 
Theriot and husband, Derrick, of Houma and Brandy Ann Brunet of Houma; four 
stepsons, Mickey Pitre Jr., Roosevelt Pitre, Kenneth Pitre and Tommy Pitre all 
of Houma; one stepdaughter, Patricia Pitre Bellanger and husband, Kevin, of 
Houma; one brother, Evans Naquin Jr. of Pointe-aux-Chenes; and two sisters 
Marlene Naquin Lirette and husband, Michael, of Gray and Melissa Naquin of 
Houma; two stepgrandchildren.

She was proceeded in death by her parents, Evans Paul Naquin Sr., and Thelma 
Neil Naquin; two brothers, Jason "Cookie" Naquin and Javis Naquin; and two 
sisters, Miranda Naquin and Peggy Naquin.

She was a homemaker.
