Visitation will be from 7 to 10 p.m. Thursday and from 8 a.m. to funeral time Friday at Falgout Funeral Home in Lockport. Mass will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Holy Savior Catholic Church in Lockport, with burial in the church cemetery. He is survived by his wife, Bernice Walker Blanchard; one son, Kim A. Blanchard and wife, Angela; one daughter, Peggy B. Ayala and husband, Sid; one brother, Shelby Blanchard; one sister, Lois B. Blanchard; three grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Doris W. Blanchard; his parents, Robert S. Blanchard Sr. and Agatha V. Blanchard; three brothers, Robert R. Blanchard, Edwin P. Blanchard and Jerry E. Blanchard; and one sister, Bernice "Bunny" Bollinger. He was retired from Greyhound as a driver with 35 years of service and a parishioner of Holy Savior Catholic Church.
