Teddy Venable Sr.					[Photo]

Teddy J. Venable Sr., 55, a native of Mire and resident of Carencro, died at 4 
p.m. Friday, April 1, 2005.

A Memorial service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at St. Peters Catholic Church in 
Carencro.

He is survived by his wife, Carol Larson Venable of Shreveport; his mother, 
Mamie Romero Venable of Marksville; two sons, Jamie Venable Jr. of Carencro and 
Todd Venable and wife, Staci Venable, of Houma; two daughters, Kim Venable and 
Kristen Venable of Shreveport; one sister, Debbie V. Guilbeau of Marksville; and 
three grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his father, Dalton Venable; and one brother, Chester 
Venable.

He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War.
