"Will" Ratcliff Carr, 91, a resident of Tylertown, Miss., died Monday, March 28, 2005. Funeral services were held at noon Friday at East Sunny Hill Missionary Baptist Church, with burial in the church cemetery. She is survived by nine daughters and sons-in-law, Alyne and Jesse Butler of Pontiac, Mich., Willean and the Rev. Avon Rawls of Columbia, Miss., Jessie Mae and Melvin Graham of Chicago, Ella Mae Sanders of Memphis, Otta Murl Carr, Arie D. and Syleary Campbell and Gloria Conerly, all of Tylertown, Jerzine and Bishop Robert Simmons of Clarkston, Mich., and Videaner Carr Kelly and husband, Alfred, of Florence, S.C.; four sons and daughters-in-law, Addo and Sally Carr, Clifton "Pop" and Myrtis Carr and Lessly and Lilean Carr, all of Tylertown, and Ellis James and Janice Carr of Thibodaux; one brother, Lessly Ratcliff of New Orleans; 76 grandchildren; 169 great-grandchildren; 17 great-great-grandchildren; and five adopted grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, J.C. Carr; her parents, Pink and Ada Leggett Ratcliff; two sons; two sisters; two brothers; and one grandchild. She was a homemaker and a member Pearl River Women's Association. She was Baptist.
