Visitation will be from 6 to 10 p.m. Thursday at Chauvin Funeral Home and 8:30 a.m. to funeral Friday at St. Eloi Catholic Church. Mass will be at 10 a.m. Friday at the church, with burial in the church cemetery. She is survived by her husband, Elmer W. Thomas of Bayou Dularge; three sons, Michael Bergeron of Houma, Travis Thomas and wife, Lisa, of Pittsboro, N.C., and Troy Thomas of Houma; two daughters, Mona Jackson and husband, Ricky, of Bayou Dularge and Monica Jackson of Charleston, Miss.; one stepson, David W. Thomas of Silverton, Ga.; four stepdaughters, Glenda Van Gilder of Florida, Rebecca Thomas of Sparta, Tenn., Danita Jara and Betty Ware of Florida; three brothers, Jackie Dupre and wife, Kathy, of Thibodaux, Sidney Dupre and wife, Linda, and Gary Dupre and wife, Marie, of Waggaman; one sister, Bobbie Chauvin and husband, Raymond, of Bayou Dularge; 11 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and nine step-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Sidney Dupre Sr. and Bernice Belanger Dupre; one granddaughter, Crystal Danielle Jackson; and one sister, Joyce D. Billiot. She was a homemaker, a member of St. Eloi Ladies Auxiliary and a parishioner of St. Eloi Catholic Church.
