Dola Gaudet						[Photo]

Dola Mae Pertuit Gaudet, 85, a native of Raceland and resident of Metairie, died 
at 9:32 p.m. Monday, May 2, 2005.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to funeral time Saturday at St. Mary's Catholic 
Church in Raceland. Mass will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the church, with burial 
in the church cemetery.

She is survived by her husband, Ernest "Johnny" Gaudet; two sons, Kenneth Gaudet 
and wife, Juanita, of Independence, and Donald Gaudet and wife, Trudy, of 
Metairie; one daughter, Geralyn Ryan and husband, Brad, of Richardson, Texas; 
one brother, Lloyn Pertuit of Folsom; one sister, Catherine Punch of Lockport; 
six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, John Pertuit Sr. and Laura Martin 
Pertuit; and two brothers, John Pertuit Jr. and Samuel Pertuit.
