The date preceding the obituary is the date of posting on the WWW, not the date of death. ============================= May 02. 2005 12:22PM Frank Jackson Frank Wayne Jackson, 57, a native of Raleigh, N.C., and resident of Cut Off, died at 4:20 p.m. Wednesday, April 27, 2005. No services are scheduled. He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Jackson; two daughters, Glorianna Bourg and husband, Brien Bourg, of Houma and Ginger Joy Jackson of Cut Off; and one brother, Percy Lee Jackson Jr. and wife, Karen Jackson, of Little Rock, Ark. He was preceded in death by his parents, Percy Lee Jackson Sr. and Gloria Schwartz Jackson. He was a self-employed sheet rock finisher and A/C refrigeration repairman. Frank had requested no services be scheduled in order that no further burden be placed on the family at this time of grieving. He felt it is a time for all to reflect on each one's relationship with Jehovah God and how each one can best serve him. Those who knew Frank know he lived life to the fullest, serving Jehovah. He served faithfully as an elder of the Galliano Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses for 32 years. He also served on the committee for building Kingdom Halls of Jehovah's Witnesses and he had various responsibilities at conventions of Jehovah's Witnesses. In lieu of flowers, donations to Galliano Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses for furthering the worldwide preaching work or to his family to help with medical expenses are preferred.
