Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to service time Monday at Chauvin Funeral Home. Masonic service will be at 7 p.m. Monday at the funeral home chapel. He is survived by one son, Freddie Reno Jr. of Raleigh, N.C.; one daughter, Gwen Cruse and husband, Thomas R. Cruse of Houma; one brother, Blanchard Reno of Monroe; one sister, Shirley Osborne of Beaumont, Texas; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Gloria Holtzclaw Reno; his parents, Floyd Reno and Rose Mae Knight Reno; three brothers, W.H. Reno, Millard "Buddy" Reno and Billy G. Reno; and one sister, Marjorie Davis. He was a retired oilfield diesel mechanic with Zapata and was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II.
