Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to funeral time Wednesday at St. Bernard Memorial Funeral Home in Chalmette. Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, with burial in St. Bernard Memorial Gardens. She is survived by three siblings and spouses, Helen and Jim Ranko, Jean and Bob Kelly and Bill and Susan Branigan Jr.; one brother, Samuel Blanchard; three sisters, Aurelia Blanchard, Virginia Kelly and Mercedes Ponville; eight grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, William F. Branigan Sr.; her parents, Ellis and Pauline Blanchard; two brothers, C.L. and Ellis Blanchard Jr.; and two sisters, Rita Mae Duplantis and Kathleen Jacquillon.
