The date preceding the obituary is the date of posting on the WWW, not the date of death. ============================= May 25. 2005 12:29PM James Caldwell [Photo] James "Rick" Caldwell, 54, a native of Kosciusko, Miss., and resident of Bayou Blue, died at 9:25 a.m. Tuesday, May 24, 2005. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to funeral time Thursday at St. Louis Catholic Church in Bayou Blue. Mass will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the church, with burial in the church cemetery. He is survived by his wife, Meryl Poincot Caldwell; one son, Kevin Adams and wife, Tina; one daughter, Jamie Caldwell; one stepdaughter, Annette Bruno; two brothers, Jerry Caldwell and wife, Ruby, and Steven Caldwell and wife, Cheryl; two sisters, Margaret Chester and husband, Ron, and Jeanie Wise and husband, Ray; and six grandchildren, Krystin Bruno, Dustin Bruno, Brittney Adams, Donovan Adams, Alyssa Rodrigue and Dawson Rodrigue. He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Barbara Caldwell. He was the principal of religious education at St. Louis Catholic Church in Bayou Blue. He was a member of the pastoral council, CYO, an Eucharistic Minister, a member of the Knights of Columbus of St. Louis and volunteered at Bayou Blue Elementary School.
