John Danner Jr.

John George Danner Jr., 77, a native of New Orleans and resident of Lockport, 
died at 6:40 a.m. Monday, May 23, 2005.

Visitation will be from 8:30 a.m. to funeral time Wednesday at Holy Savior 
Catholic Church in Lockport. Mass will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the church, 
with burial in the church cemetery.

He is survived by his wife, Audrey France Danner; two sons, John George Danner 
III of Laurel, Md., and Jesse Louis Danner of Gulfport, Miss.; one brother, 
Robert Louis Danner of Metairie; and one grandchild.

He was preceded in death by his parents, John Danner Sr. and Florence Dwyer 
Danner.

He was a U.S. Air Force veteran and a member of the American Legion Post No. 83, 
V.F.W. Post No. 3665 and a member of the Knights of Columbus where he was a two 
time Grand Knight.

He was a parishioner of Holy Savior Catholic Church.
