Marietta Ludlow

Marietta "Mary" Ludlow, 72, a native of Marshall County, Iowa, and resident of 
Raceland, died at 8:55 a.m. Wednesday, May 18, 2005.

Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. today at St. Hilary of Poitiers Catholic 
Church, with burial in the church cemetery.

She is survived by one son, Michael "Mike" Jenkins; three daughters, Jolene 
Pech, Deborah Itschner and Cheryl Lyons; three brothers, Eugene, Howard and 
Lloyd Ludlow; one sister, Clarice Alsbaugh; 14 grandchildren; and 15 great-
grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Earl Ransom and Mildred Sumpter 
Ludlow; one daughter, Michelle Diane Jenkins; two grandchildren, Corie Ann 
Robichaux and Brian Scott Fansler; and one great-grandchild, Mark Anthony 
LeBlanc Jr.

She was Catholic.
