Nicole Ann Daisy, 20, a native of Houma and resident of Theriot, died at 8:10 
a.m. Friday, May 20, 2005.

Visitation will be from 2 to 10 p.m. today and from 8 a.m. to funeral tome 
Monday at Chauvin Funeral Home.

Religious service will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday at the funeral home chapel with 
burial in Garden of Memories cemetery.

She is survived by her parents, Willie and Enid Trahan Daisy of Theriot; father 
Ray Theriot of Theriot; companion Rusty Sanchez of Gray; daughter, Jade Marie 
Sanchez of Gray; four brothers, Willie Daisy Jr. and wife, Adrian, Nicholas 
Daisy, Trey Daisy of Theriot and Johnny O'Mara of Galveston, Texas; three 
sisters, Jacqueline Bergeron of Chauvin, Amanda O'Mara and Brandy O'Mara of 
Galveston; grandparents, Gladys Christopher of Batesville, Ark. and Raymond 
Theriot of Theriot; two nieces, Kaylee Daisy and Cami Dean; and one nephew, Ivan 
Daisy.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, James and Angeline Daisy and Adam 
and Beulah Trahan.

She was a custodian for M&D House Keeping and a member of Bayou Dularge Baptist 
Church.

Chauvin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
