Nolan Chiasson

Nolan F. Chiasson, 82, a native of Lafourche Parish and resident of Raceland, 
died at 11:10 p.m. Sunday, May 15, 2005.

Visitation will be from 5 to 10 p.m. today at Samart Funeral Home in Raceland 
and from 9 a.m. to funeral time Wednesday at St. Hilary of Poitiers Catholic 
Church. Mass will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the church, with burial in the 
church cemetery.

He is survived by one brother, Francis "Willie" Chiasson; one sister, Joyce 
Chiasson Slayden; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Felix Sr. and Josephine Gros Chiasson; 
one brother, Norman Chiasson Sr.; and one sister, Theresa Rivet.
